The User acknowledges that all messages posted to Forums and discussion groups are public and not private communications. The User further acknowledges that chats, postings, conferences, emails, and other communications exchanged by Users are not endorsed by the National Human Rights Commission – Lebanon, and should not be considered as reviewed, screened, or approved by it. The National Human Rights Commission – Lebanon reserves the right, at any time and without notice, to remove any Materials submitted by Users to the Forums, including, without limitation, email distribution lists and message postings.
