Ils ne sont pas r\u00e9mun\u00e9r\u00e9s et leur mandat esr de six ans maximum. En novembre 2025, on d\u00e9nombrait 46\u00a0<a href=\"https:\/\/spinternet.ohchr.org\/ViewAllCountryMandates.aspx?Type=TM&amp;lang=fr\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">mandats th\u00e9matiques<\/a>\u00a0et 13\u00a0<a href=\"https:\/\/spinternet.ohchr.org\/ViewAllCountryMandates.aspx?lang=fr\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">mandats par pays<\/a>.<\/p>\n<p>Avec l\u2019appui du Haut-Commissariat des Nations Unies aux droits de l\u2019homme (HCDH), les titulaires de mandat au titre des proc\u00e9dures sp\u00e9ciales\u00a0:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>m\u00e8nent des\u00a0<a href=\"https:\/\/www.ohchr.org\/fr\/special-procedures-human-rights-council\/country-and-other-visits\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">visites dans les pays<\/a>\u00a0;<\/li>\n<li>s\u2019occupent de cas individuels de violations signal\u00e9es et de pr\u00e9occupations de nature g\u00e9n\u00e9rale en envoyant des\u00a0<a href=\"https:\/\/www.ohchr.org\/fr\/special-procedures-human-rights-council\/what-are-communications\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">communications<\/a>\u00a0aux \u00c9tats et \u00e0 d\u2019autres entit\u00e9s\u00a0;<\/li>\n<li>m\u00e8nent des \u00e9tudes th\u00e9matiques annuelles, recherchent des informations au moyen d\u2019appels \u00e0 contributions et organisent des consultations d\u2019experts\u00a0;<\/li>\n<li>contribuent \u00e0 l\u2019\u00e9laboration des normes internationales relatives aux droits de l\u2019homme\u00a0;<\/li>\n<li>s\u2019impliquent dans des activit\u00e9s de plaidoyer\u00a0et de sensibilisation du public, et fournissent des conseils pour la coop\u00e9ration technique.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><a questions transversales ?<\/h3>\n<p>Certaines questions contemporaines concernent un large \u00e9ventail de droits de l\u2019homme. En cons\u00e9quence, de nombreux titulaires de mandat apportent une expertise et des recommandations sp\u00e9cifiques sur des sujets allant des changements climatiques aux nouvelles technologies, de la migration \u00e0 la COVID-19, etc.<\/p>\n<p>Le HCDH a compil\u00e9 tous les rapports des Rapporteurs sp\u00e9ciaux traitant de ces questions.<\/p>\n<p><a class=\"link-item--with-arrow-light-blue-underline link-arrow-span link-arrow-processed\" href=\"https:\/\/www.ohchr.org\/fr\/special-procedures-human-rights-council\/cross-cutting-thematic-issues\"><span class=\"link-item__text\">Acc\u00e9der aux listes de rapports portant sur des questions transversales\u00a0<span class=\"link-item__arrow\" aria-hidden=\"true\">\u00a0\u00a0<\/span><\/span><\/a><\/p>\n<h3>Adresser une plainte aux proc\u00e9dures sp\u00e9ciales<\/h3>\n<p>\u00cates-vous victime ou avez-vous connaissance d\u2019une violation des droits de l\u2019homme ? Pensez-vous qu\u2019il existe dans votre pays des politiques ou des lois qui ne respectent pas les droits de l\u2019homme ? Or, une augmentation des cas d\u2019intimidation et de repr\u00e9sailles \u00e0 l\u2019encontre de ceux ayant coop\u00e9r\u00e9 avec eux a \u00e9t\u00e9 constat\u00e9e.
