In fulfillment of its mandate as Lebanon’s National Human Rights Institution, the National Human Rights Commission including the Committee for the Prevention of Torture - (NHRC-CPT) submits this contribution to the 104th Session of the Committee on the Elimination of Racial Discrimination in response to the combined twenty-third and twenty-fourth reports of Lebanon submitted under article 9, paragraph 1, of the International Convention on the Elimination of All Forms of Racial Discrimination, dated 14 December 2018.
